About Us

We build scalable education-to-employment systems that prepare young Africans for in-demand jobs, connect them to employers, and support them as they grow. Our programs address the real barriers to youth employment in Nigeria, through skills training, mentorship, job placement, and holistic support.

We are a nonprofit initiative focused on youth workforce development in Nigeria and beyond. For over a decade, we’ve worked to ensure that young people have access to skills training, job placement, and mentorship that lead to meaningful careers.

Our model connects education directly to employment. We align training programs with actual employer needs, provide the social support young people need to succeed, and help them find and keep life-changing jobs. We’re scaling solutions that help young Nigerians thrive in today’s economy.

Whether it’s digital skills, technical trades, or entry-level careers, we build learning experiences that lead to real outcomes. And because we understand that skills alone aren’t enough, we offer mentorship, job-readiness coaching, and on-the-job follow-up support.

Why Our Work Matters

01

Over 33% of youth in Nigeria are unemployed or underemployed

Our Mission

To transform education-to-employment systems by preparing, placing, and supporting underserved youth into dignified, fulfilling, and sustainable work opportunities.
